About Peter

Peter Porta (Barcelona, 1982) is a writer, director and editor with a strong visual approach who works directing documentaries, TV shows, commercials and global campaigns for well renowned channels, brands and agencies. Peter has also an extensive background working as a cinematographer.  

His latest documentary, The Click Trap (www.theclicktrap.com), premiered at HotDocs, was showcased at festivals worldwide (including Raindance, DocEdge, WIFF, etc), and was broadcast globally. He also directed two episodes of the award-winning docuseries Against All Odds for the Olympic Channel, which aired globally on NBC, Eurosport, and beIN.

Peter has collaborated with major clients as well as international agencies, establishing himself as a versatile and innovative filmmaker.
